1. General Information
· Location: Areej Al Arab is located in Al Sharfiyah, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

· Business Hours: Our regular working hours are 10AM to 11PM. We reserve the right to modify these hours during holidays or special events, which will be communicated in advance.
2. Appointments
· Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
· Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed via SMS, email, or phone call. If you do not receive confirmation, please reach out to us.
· Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next client.
· Walk-ins: While we accept walk-ins, priority is given to clients with appointments. Availability may be limited.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
· Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
· No-Show: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged for no-show fee.
4. Payment Terms
· Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and mobile payments.
· Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to keep our website and in-salon pricing accurate and up-to-date.
· Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please inform the salon manager immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
5. Health and Safety
· Client Safety: Your safety is our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies before your service.
· Salon Cleanliness: We adhere to strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment. All tools and equipment are sterilized between clients.
6. Children and Pets
· Children: We love our younger clients! However, children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
· Pets: For the comfort and safety of all clients, pets are not permitted in the salon, with the exception of service animals.
7. Promotions
· Promotions: From time to time, Areej Al Arab offers special promotions. These promotions cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
